As a new customer, there are a few things that you should know. 

Once your equipment is moved, you will receive an invoice via the email provided. (Make sure to check your spam folder or Junk Mail). This could take a few days depending on when the driver submits information to bookkeeping. 

All new customers are put on a net 30 payment from time of move. After 30 days all invoices will incur a 5% late fee monthly on any balance owed.

You have access to all of  your invoices through the customer portal on sjtow.com and are able to pay each invoice with a credit card directly from the invoice link with or without logging into your account. 

If you decide to pay with a check, please send it to the address located on the invoice. It could take 10-14 days for this payment to appear on your account. 

If you prefer to use ACH to pay your invoice, just respond to your invoice email and we will gladly send you a link to do so.
